<p>A hinged pallet locking device made from two components held together by an integral hinge formed by the insertion of a metal pin. When fully unfolded the two main components form a clasp at the back of the device that enclose the front central block of a standard block pallet. On the front face of the device the fully unfolded components cause two prominent structures, one on each half of the device to align. A hole in each of the prominent structures facilitates the insertion of a standard padlock allowing the device to be fixed in its unfolded position and so secured to the pallet. When in place the device blocks the entry of lifting forks to both pallet openings preventing any unintended pallet movements. The device is designed to assist in pallet quarantine systems.</p> |
