PURPOSE: A portable terminal composing a touch input unit in a touch direction is provided to increase the efficiency of power and mobile response of the touch input unit by controlling a mobile displacement of a touch input unit. CONSTITUTION: A portable terminal includes a terminal body, a touch input unit(130) and a driving unit(140). The touch input unit is mounted in the terminal body. The touch input unit inputs the information by the touch. The drive unit is mounted between the terminal body and touch input unit. The touch moves the touch input unit to the inputted direction the touch is inputted to the touch input unit.
