PURPOSE: A sinter forming method using the processing of a molded member is provided to improve quality and increase productivity by making an excellent processing surface and increasing processing time. CONSTITUTION: A sinter forming method using the processing of a molded member comprises a mixing process(110), a molding process(130), a first process(140), a sintering process(150), a fixed form process(160), and a second process(170). In the mixing process, solid lubricant is added to and is mixed with sintered powder. In the molding process, a molded member is formed in a desired shape by powder finished after mixing. In the first process, a processing is carried out to form the molded member to be near to end-product. In the sintering process, the property is applied by heating the molded member firstly processed. In the fixed shape process, the deformation generated in the sintered process is fixed and the molded member is pressurized again to improve the whole precision. In the second process, the molded member is final-processed to have exact dimension.
