PURPOSE: An anisotropically conductive adhesive film is provided to maintain high connection reliability for a connection electrode of a fine pitch with an oxide film. CONSTITUTION: An anisotropically conductive adhesive film(1) electrically connects connection terminals and includes an insulation adhesive(6) and a conductive particle(7). The insulation adhesive is formed on the film. The conductive particle is dispersed to the insulation adhesive and has a conductive thin film on a surface of the resin particle. A protrusion is formed on the surface of the conductive thin film. The anisotropically conductive adhesive film is used for connecting an electrode(3) of a circuit board(2) and an electrode(5) of a glass panel(4).
