PURPOSE: A shaking-type exercise device is provided, which prevent exercise of the top half body from being hindered by an elastic band. CONSTITUTION: A shaking-type exercise device comprises: a seat portion(2) in which a user(100) takes a seat; a driving part(3) which makes the seat portion shaken; a leg part(30) supporting the driving part; and an elastic band(50) capable of grasping a grip belt part(50a). In the elastic band, a base part is equipped and fixed by an engaging unit(55) of the seat portion. The engaging unit is positioned rearward more than femoral region of the user.
