PURPOSE: A beam forming device using an eigen analysis in a multi input/output communication system and a method thereof are provided to perform multi input/output communication of multi users without interference between terminals. CONSTITUTION: A beam forming device using an eigen analysis in a multi input/output communication system and a method thereof include a calculator(232) and a transmission beam former(218). The calculator generates the relational expression in the beam forming vector of the terminal by using the terminal channel information. The calculator calculates beam forming vector of each terminal from a relational expression according to a generalized eigen analysis. The calculator selects terminal beam forming vectors of beam forming vector.
