PURPOSE: A content delivery system, a repeater, a terminal device, a content delivery method, a program, and a recording medium are provided to deliver emergency broadcasting contents regardless the network status in a broadcasting service using IP network. CONSTITUTION: A content delivery system, a repeater, a terminal device, a content delivery method, a program, and a recording medium acquires contents from a repeater broadcasts the contents. A contents delivery system includes a user terminal of the receive user terminal device for transmitting to the apparatus for television receiver. A first port(4) acquires video data from the video server delivering video data through the IP network. A second port(5) acquires emergency data from the server which delivers emergency data by directly connected to the repeater equipment. The obtaining device accommodates the first port and the second port. The emergency data obtained from the second port are transmitted to the user terminal prior to the video data obtained from the first port. The first emergency data includes a data transmission unit having priority. A user terminal(7) performs a format conversion of video data and emergency data received from the repeater equipment. |
