PURPOSE: A method for preparing bean foods is provided to secure chewy taste and mouth feel similar to general meat flesh while maintaining the basic properties of beans. CONSTITUTION: A method for preparing bean foods comprises the following steps of: mashing soaked beans to prepare mashed beans(100); putting a sea tangle extract in water to prepare a kneading liquid(200); mixing the kneading liquid and mashed beans and kneading them to obtain a bean food(300); freeze-drying the bean food(400); molding the bean food into a round stick shape and cutting them into plural pieces; and adding a seasoning to the bean food. |
