PURPOSE: A ventilation foamed product and a manufacturing method of the same are provided to vary the configuration while providing the airy property and a cushioning function. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a ventilation foamed product comprises followings. In a plate shape target stand-by step, a plate shape target is ready to be cut. The target is a first fusing film(110) and a second fusing film(130). In a cutting fragment making step, a plurality of fragment cutting materials(200) is make by cutting the plate shape target to the vertical direction. In a first fusing film separating step, some parts are separated from the plate shape target excluding connecting part with the fragment of the first fusing film. In a first plate fusing step, first plate(310) is fused on the one side of the fragment cutting material using the first fusing film remaining on the fragment cutting material as a medium. In a second plate fusing step, a second plate(320) is fused on the other of the fragment cutting material using the second fusing film as the medium.
