PURPOSE: A high radiation carbon grounding device and an installation method are provided to reduce the depth of excavation which needs to be installed to a grounding device in an installation method. CONSTITUTION: A high radiation carbon grounding device includes a stainless rod(100), a carbon compression rod, and a stainless radial spine. The stainless rod is comprised of stainless and forms the stainless radial spine on one side of the stainless rod. The carbon compression rod is formed to surround the center of the stainless rod. The stainless radial spine is fixed on the stainless rod by passing through the carbon compressing rod.
