ELECTRO-CONDUCTIVE COUPLING DEVICE FOR A CE-MS ESI INTERFACE

PURPOSE: An electro-conductive coupling device for a CE-MS ESI interface is provided to operate CE-MS for a long time stably by positioning electrode, applying voltage to a connection point between a capillary tube for electrophoresis and a capillary tube, for ESI outside the connection point, the capillary tube for electrophoresis and the capillary tube for ESI. CONSTITUTION: An electro-conductive coupling device for a CE-MS ESI interface comprises a capillary tube for the electrophoresis, a capillary tube for ESI, and a conductive part. A conductive part insertion hole is punched in a body(10). The capillary tube(20) for the electrophoresis is inserted into the capillary tube insertion hole, so the rear end of the capillary tube for the electrophoresis is exposed to the outside and the front end is positioned at the lower end of the conductive part insertion hole. The front end of the capillary tube(30) for ESI is exposed to the outside and the rear end is positioned at the lower end of the conductive part insertion hole. The conductive part(40) is inserted into the conductive part insertion hole to apply voltage to electrolyte solution flowing through the capillary tubes for electrophoresis and ESI.
