<p>Substituted oxyguanidine compounds (I) are new. Substituted oxyguanidine compounds (I) of formula A-C(R 1>)-N(R 4>)-C=N(Z)-N(R 3>)-O-R 2>are new. A : optionally substituted (hetero)aryl (where Z is CN or optionally substituted tetrahydrofuryl); R 1>-R 3>H or alkyl; R 4>H or (cyclo)alkyl; and Z : CN or nitro. Independent claims are also included for: (1) The preparation of (I); (2) A composition (A1) comprising (I); and (3) A method for preparing (A1) comprising mixing (I) with diluting agents and/or surface-active materials.
