PURPOSE: A retaining wall using the loading of retaining wall blocks and a construction method thereof are provided to improve construction profitability by reducing the thickness and size of a retaining wall block. CONSTITUTION: A retaining wall using the loading of retaining wall blocks comprises a front plate(11) and vertical rear plates(12). The vertical rear plate comprises horizontal communicating holes(121) and a key plate(122). Injection holes(126) and discharging holes are formed in the horizontal communicating holes. The communicating holes are filled with thermosetting filler. The key plate is arranged to be parallel with the front plate.
