PURPOSE: An infrared ray monitor unit adding the illumination on a monitoring target through alarm is provided to warn the monitoring target detected by the infrared ray monitor unit. CONSTITUTION: An infrared ray emitting device(20) vents the infrared ray through the state combined in the fixing unit in the subject of an infrared camera(10). The infrared divergence apparatus comprises the infrared light source and the divergence angle control device. The infrared light source is composed of the laser diode. The divergence angle control device controls the divergence angle of the radiated infrared ray. The warning lighting device spares life in the subject recording with the infrared camera.
