The converter (61) has an input circuit (63), and an output circuit (67) comprising a flip-flop (77), where the input circuit is capacitively-coupled with the output circuit by using coupling capacitors (C1, C2). A coupling circuit (65) couples the output circuit with the input circuit in such a manner that the set flip-flop is resettable by the input circuit and/or the reset flip-flop is settable by the input circuit. The coupling circuit has a transistor (M11) that is arranged in such a manner that the transistor is activated when the flip-flop is set.
