The transmission case has a thermal generator (8) i.e. temperature sensor, whose one side is heat conductively connected with a closure part. Another side of the thermal generator is heat conductively connected with a cooling body part (5), which is heat conductively connected with another cooling body part (13) for removal of heat at the environment. A heat barrier is arranged between the closure part and the latter cooling body part, where the closure part, heat barrier and the latter cooling body part are formed at a housing (1) for the thermal generator.
