PURPOSE: Mixed red pepper seasoning and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to satisfy a consumer who likes spicy taste of food, and to make the mixed red pepper seasoning having natural red color by using oleoresin capsicum and natural yellow colorant. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of mixed red pepper seasoning includes the following steps: humidifying crushed red pepper flakes of 25~40 weight%; mixing and agitating the crushed red pepper flakes with flour of 35~55 weight% and natural yellow colorant of 2~5 weight%; mixing and agitating wet red pepper flakes, the flour, saccharides, spice, and a seasoning; and drying a mixed compound after compressing. The natural yellow colorant is Gardenia yellow, safflower yellow, Curcuma longa, Coptis chinensis, or Acanthopanax senticosus yellow colorant. |
