PURPOSE: A compound cam type press system is provided to reduce manufacturing costs of molding and pressing by using a press processing unit which can produce panel products of various shapes. CONSTITUTION: A compound cam type press system comprises an upper and a lower mold steel(10,70), a press slide(150), a sensing and operating unit(300), a press processing unit(200). The upper mold steel has an internal space part and multiple holes(14). A press groove(72) of the lower mold steel corresponds to the hole of the upper mold steel. The press slide simultaneously moves up and down along with the upper mold steel. The sensing and operating unit is arranged between the upper and the lower mold steel. The sensing and operating unit performs a press process when a distance sensor(40), which measures the distance between the upper and the lower mold steel, transmits a signal.
