<p>PURPOSE: An array substrate for an organic electro luminescence device is provided to reduce the aperture ratio by applying a vertical contact structure to a mesh type power line. CONSTITUTION: A gate wiring(GL) and a data line(DL) are formed on a substrate(110). A switching transistor is located in the crossing point between the data line and the gate wiring. A driving transistor is connected to the switching transistor. An organic light-emitting diode is connected to a drain electrode of the driving transistor. A first power source wiring(PL1) applies a power supply voltage in the drain electrode of the driving transistor. A second power line(PL2) is perpendicularly crossed with the first power source wiring. A transparency connecting electrode(185) electrically interlinks the first and the second power line.</p> |
