A gymnastic machine (1) having a frame (10), a load group (15) supported by a frame (10) and at least one implement (25) having a user interface (26) and connected to a load group (15) by means of at least one operating cable (20); the implement (25) having coupling means (27) for at least one end (21) of said cable (20); the coupling means (27) including a joint (40) freely rotatable with respect to said user interface (26) in such a way that the end of cable (20) becomes stressed solely in traction.
