<p>Cpds. are 1-R1-2-trimethoxybenzoyl-imine-1,3-diaza-cyclo-alkanes having 5-7 cyclic terms (or their 1-R1-2-trimethoxybenzoyl-amine-1,3-diazoacyclo alkene tautomers or 1-R1-2-imine-3-trimethoxybenzoyl-1,3-diazacycloalkane isomers) their N-alkyl derivatives or their acylated derivatives (where R1 is an opt. substd. aliphatic or cycloaliphatic radical. Examples are1-methyl-2-(3,4,5-trimethoxybenzoyl-imine) hexahydropyrimidine, 1-methyl-3-acetyl-2-(3,4,5-trimethoxy benzoylimino)-hexahydropyriimidine, they are CNS depressants and can be used as sedatives.</p> |
