The device (1) has a permanent magnet and a magnetic device e.g. neodymium magnet, having a coil. A control element (8) is detachably fixable by the magnetic device. A condition of the magnetic device fixing the control element and a condition of the magnetic device not fixing the control element are stable in a currentless condition of the coil. The magnetic device is transferable from the stable non-fixed/fixed condition to the stable fixed/non-fixed condition by a current supply of the coil. The permanent magnet is made of aluminum nickel cobalt alloy.
