PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method for a large multi-line multi-layer helical coil of high molding precision wherein both right-winding and left-winding are molded with a simple layout modification, no deformation occurs even after thermal process after molding, an oxidized scale removal is allowed for the entire surface of a coil, and assembly is possible with no damage to insulation. SOLUTION: A helical coil material 10 is molded before insulation to a molded helical coil 1. Then, an assembly for higher molding precision is performed to provide a helical coil of multi-line and multi-layer. Here, a coil guide 22 is provided on a helical locus of a taking-up mandrel 21 for positioning the helical coil 1 to be inserted. |
