PURPOSE: A cellular phone is provided to save expenses for labor and facilities by reading various meters with an integrated circuit chip for storing meter reading information. CONSTITUTION: A cellular phone comprises an ICC(Integrated Circuit Chip). The ICC stores the payment method information and meter inspection information. The inspection information comprises at least one among electricity, gas, water, etc. The inspection information and the payment method information saved in ICC are transmitted to the payment card terminal terminal(130) or payment server(140) and the payment processing is requested. |
