METHOD AND APPARATUS FOR MANAGING WHITE LIST INFORMATION FOR USER EQUIPMENT IN MOBILE TELECOMMUNICATION SYSTEM

PURPOSE: A method and an apparatus for managing the white list in mobile telecommunication system are provided to selectively vary the connection permission inventory information of the terminal. CONSTITUTION: In case the change of the white list information is needed, or in case the white list change command is received from 'any kinds of apparatus of the network managing the terminal, UE(User Entity) transmits a L3(Layer 3) message to a MME(Mobility Management Entity). The MME verifies the validity of UE. In case connection to the Femto base station is allowed to the terminal, the MME sends the white list modification result or the white list information.
