A treatment device (1) for an endoscope includes a holding section (4) having a first arm (2) and a second arm (3) that has substantially the same length as the first arm (2) and is placed to form a predetermined angle between itself and the first arm (2), electricity conduction sections (13) projecting from the tips of the first and second arms (2, 3), a supporting point section (15) projecting from the tip of the first arm (2) in the direction substantially the same as the direction in which the first arm (2) extends and having an insulation section (17) at its tip, a wire (5) having a first end connected to the holding section (4), a first sheath (6) formed in a tubular shape and into which the wire (5) and the holding section (4) are slidably inserted, a body (7) to which the first sheath (6) is fixed, and a sliding section (8) placed on the body (7) so as to be slidable in the longitudinal direction of the body (7) and to which a second end of the wire (5) is connected. |
