PURPOSE: A pre-discounting payment system and a method thereof are provided to add points provided from a mobile communication service company to pre-paid points provided from a credit card company. CONSTITUTION: A point server(120) receives a mobile communication point subscriber inquire request signal from a user terminal, and confirms whether a user is registered in a mobile communication system. The point server transmits mobile communication point subscriber authentication message, and a sales server(130) calculates the money except a predetermined pre-discounting pint based on product price. The sales server transmits the money settlement request signal including the money information to the user terminal.
