<p>PURPOSE: A marker and kit for diagnosing acute myocardial infarction, and a diagnosis method using the same are provided to measure mRNA or protein level of a diagnosis marker gene and efficiently diagnose acute myocardial infarction. CONSTITUTION: A biomarker for diagnosing acute myocardial infarction comprises a specific 149 genes. A kit for diagnosing acute myocardial infarction contains a primer pair or probe for measuring mRNA level of the biomarker. The probe is oligonucleotide probe, single stranded DNA probe, double stranded DNA probe, or RNA probe. A kit is used for RT-PCR(reverse transcriptase polymerase chain reaction), competitive RT-PCR, real time RT-PCR, RNase protection analysis, northern blotting, or DNA microarray chip.</p> |
