PURPOSE: An in-plane switching liquid crystal display device is provided to easily remove unnecessary external charges. CONSTITUTION: A driving thin film transistor(T) is formed on one side of the first substrate which is opposite to the second substrate. Red, green, and blue color filters are configured by a pixel area on one side of the second substrate. A black matrix conductive pattern(200) is formed in a non-pixel region of the second substrate. The black matrix conductive pattern is formed by a conductive layer and a black matrix. A liquid crystal layer(130) is interposed between the first and second substrates. |
