PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing functional ceramic nanopowder having electric property and a dielectric substance obtained thereby are provided to sinter at low temperature. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing functional ceramic nanopowder comprises a step of synthesizing Ba(Mg_1/3 Nb_2/3)O_ 3 powder by glycothermal method at low reaction temperature and pressure. The powder size of Ba(Mg_1/3 Nb_2/3)O_3 is 30 nm. The sintered density can be obtained at under 1500°C in 97%.
