PURPOSE: A portable terminal improves the photonic efficiency and acquires the image of the high quality. CONSTITUTION: The flash outputs the light. The spectrum of the light is matched with the spectral characteristics of the color filter. The color filter comprises the red filter, the green filter and the blue filter. The flash comprises the red LED(Light Emitting Diode), the green LED and the blue LED.
