The switch-key arm (1) has a contact region (4), where a web edge of a material web (5) comes into a contact with the contact region, and exerts a force on the switch-key arm. An elastic sub-area (2) is formed of multiple layers, where a resistance strain gauge (7) is attached at a side of one of the layers. The resistance strain gauge is spaced apart to provide a neutral fiber of the elastic sub-area.
