<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To authorize next passing with the same ID card even when there is no movement between areas caused by misoperation or erroneous sensing of the ID card. <P>SOLUTION: An in-and-out control device is provided with card readers CR-1 to CR-10 provided at a doorway between the areas to input IDs, and a monitoring device 1 connected to the card readers CR to monitor the movement of IDs between the areas. The monitoring device 1 is provided with a storage means for storing assigned areas of the card readers CR, a movement history recording means for recording movement history between the areas of the IDs inputted to the card readers CR based on the assigned areas, and a determining means for determining authorization/disapproval of movement between the areas based on the movement history of the ID and the assigned area of the card reader when the ID is inputted to the card reader CR. The determining means authorizes movement between the areas when the assigned area of the card reader CR to which the ID is inputted, coincides with the latest present area on the movement history to the ID concerned or the preceding area one before the present area. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
