The method involves determining alternation of light fields using a light filed alternation determining unit (120). A transitional light filed acting on a viewing accessory of the user is generated for optimizing a visibility condition based on the determined light field alternation so that the viewing accessory takes a partial adoption of an active light field on the altered light filed. An environment light filed is generated by regulating a light filed alternating unit for obtaining optimal adoption of the active light filed on the altered light filed. An independent claim is also included for a device for optimizing a visibility condition for a user i.e. motor vehicle user.
