PURPOSE: The vehicles and cargo handling system can offer the synthetic cargo control environment by controlling in order to on a real time basis wirelessly cannot transmit and receive the vehicles and cargo integrated services digital network with the control center and arbitrarily cancel sealing without the approval of the control center. CONSTITUTION: A car terminal comprises the wireless communications module, and the vehicles RF communications module, and, the vehicle control module. The wireless communications module(21) wirelessly communicates with the control center. The vehicles RF communications module(22) the cargo terminal and RF communication. A vehicle control module(27) controls the wireless communications module and vehicles RF communications module.
