PURPOSE: An electric heating member for a soldering device, an electric soldering iron and an electrical desoldering tool including the same are provided to rapidly recover the temperature of a heating body by moving heat of the heating body. CONSTITUTION: An electric heating member for a soldering device is composed of an electric heating body(3a) and a pipe. The heating body is composed of copper or copper alloy. The pipe covers the inner surface of a hole formed for accepting the heating body of the electric heating body. The pipe comprises a base material and an aluminum oxide film. The base material is composed of copper or a copper alloy material. The aluminum oxide film is formed in the circumference of the base material.
