PURPOSE: An image processing apparatus, an image processing system, and a control method therefor are provided to perform a read process and transmission process according to a process definition file that defines the transmission process and the reading process. CONSTITUTION: A CPU(211) reads out a control program of a ROM(Read-Only Memory)(212), and the CPU executes the each kind of process such as readout control and transmission control. A printer(220) prints received image data on a recording medium, and a scanner(221) reads out the image of a document. A network I/F(Interface)(218) transmits and receives the image data to and from an external device. |
