PURPOSE: A mounting method for a building and a sidewalk using underground is provided to make the self-sufficiency by using a mutual coexistence method of an underground housing and multistory building. CONSTITUTION: A living room and living equipment are established in the underground which can mostly receive the geothermic influence. The inside of a wall is constructed in a natural circulation mode in order to make water flow within the top and bottom of the wall. An inner wall establishes in a waterproofed wall. Grass or low plant is planted on the wall. A building roof(150) establishes transparency, translucency or opaque a double layered condensing plate(50). A transparent layer(65) is established on the underground with having a space at the height of the ground. A geothermic absorbing pipe is vertically established on the underground of the building. An air inlet(120) is established on the ground.
