PURPOSE: A cold air dryer is provided to precisely control the temperature of the compressed air of an outlet pipe using a re-heater. CONSTITUTION: A cold air dryer comprises a refrigerant system, an air system, a temperature sensor(40), a valve unit, and a temperature controller(42). The refrigerant system comprises a refrigerant compressor(10), a condenser(11), a decompression device(12), and a cooler(13). The air system comprises a re-heater(18). The temperature sensor detects the temperature of secondary air flowing in an outlet pipe. The valve unit controls the flow rate of dehumidifying air or refrigerant which flows in the re-heater of the air system. The temperature controller maintains the temperature of the secondary air by controlling the valve unit based on the temperature detected by the temperature sensor and controlling the flow rate of the dehumidifying air or refrigerant.
