PURPOSE: A mobile patrol camera is provided to store a recorded image by recording the patrol area. CONSTITUTION: A display unit(400) displays a recorded image through a camera. A memory unit stores the image through the camera. A data output unit(520) outputs the recorded image to outside. A operation input unit(610) is included in a upper side of a front side to enable a user to input operation signal by a main controller. At least one of flash units(710) is included to one front side of a camera body having the camera.
