摘要

PURPOSE: A cosmetic composition with improved makeup persistence and skin adhesion is provided to improve disruption of cosmetic film by external stress(sweat, water, sebum). CONSTITUTION: A water-in-oil emulsion type makeup cosmetic composition contains 1-5 weight% of fluorine oil and 1-5 weight% of silicon film forming agent containing trimethylsiloxysilicate. The fluorine oil is polyperfluoro ethoxymethoxy difluoromethyl distearamide, polyperfluoroethoxymethoxy difluloroethyl PEG phosphate, or polyperfluoroethoxymethoxy difluorohydroxyethyl ether.
