PURPOSE: A sliding swing device of a portable terminal in a TV mode for conveniently monitoring a displayed screen is provided to facilitate swing opening and closing operation of the terminal by installing the swing elastic member. CONSTITUTION: A base plate(100) includes one or more guide unit and a first fix hole. A guide plate(200) is connected to the guide unit. The guide plate has the swing unit. A slide elastic member(300) transmits the ending location with the elastic force. A swing plate(400) is combined corresponding to the guide plate and swing count shift. A swing elastic member transfers the swing force with the elastic force.
