PURPOSE: An air-conditioner is provided to have a simplified internal structure and to minimize an installation space. CONSTITUTION: An air-conditioner comprises a ventilating part(12), a first heat exchanger(13), a second heat exchanger(14), and a main body(1). The ventilating part comprises a regeneration heat exchanger. The first heat exchanger comprises an evaporator and discharges intake air, which has passed through the evaporator, indoors. The second heat exchanger comprises a condenser and discharges exhaust air, which has passed through the condenser, outdoors. The ventilating part, the first heat exchanger, and the second heat exchanger are integrated with the main body. An intake fan(135), an exhaust fan(145), an expansion part, and a compressor are installed in the main body. The intake fan forces the flow of the intake air. The exhaust fan forces the flow of the exhaust air. The exhaust fan expands the refrigerant which has passed through the evaporator. The compressor compresses the refrigerant which has passed through the condenser.
