Process of heat carrier heating is additionally performed with burning collected hydrogen and oxidation in enriched with oxygen medium of organic fuel in heat exchanger equipped with device for burning organic fuel. Heating mode of heat carrier is controlled by means of indicator of temperature, power supply block and device for filling electrolyzer with electrolyte. |
