Method for diagnostics of biological objects, mostly of pigment nevus, is based on excitation of biological object by means of laser with wavelength 320-340 nm, and obtaining spectrum of luminescence of biological object with two peaks of respective intensity with maximal value 0,9-1,0. One peak of respective intensity has value 0,75-0,85 at wavelength of luminescence spectrum 400-415 nm. Wavelength of spectrum of luminescence for peak of respective intensity with maximal value 1,0 is 530-540 nm. |
