METHOD FOR DETERMINATION OF INTENSITY OF CHROMOGENESIS IN BACTERIA

摘要

A method for determination of intensity of chromogenesis in bacteria comprises cultivation of bacterial samples on nutrient medium in thermostat, photographing of bacterial culture and digital image transmission to the computer, identification of hues for each initial color. The comparison of color of cultivated bacteria, which is resulting from pigment-synthesizing activity is carried out, the variations of intensity of chromogenesis are determined in bacteria of examined sample in comparison with control.
