PROCESS FOR THE PREPARATION OF 1`-HYDROXY-PROPANE-3`-IMINOCYMARINE

A process for the preparation of 1'-hydroxy-propane-3'-iminocymarine by interaction of aldehydes with primary amines while heating in a presence of organic solvent with subsequent purification of the product, consists in that a natural cymarine and aminopropanol are subjected to reaction in the presence of boiling mixture of isopropanol with benzene, followed by chromatographic purification in silica gel column and crystallization of the product.
