PURPOSE: A mobile handrail device of a passenger conveyor, a handrail for a passenger conveyor and a method for manufacturing the same are provided to reduce the sliding resistance of a mobile handrail on a guide rail and the pressure of a drive roller. CONSTITUTION: A mobile handrail device of a passenger conveyor comprises a high friction part(17) and a low friction part(16) which are formed lengthwise on the inner side of a moving rail(8). The high friction part is arranged over the length of the moving rail to face an opening(8a) formed on the handrail. The low friction part has a lower frictional property than the high friction part and is arranged over the length of the handrail on both sides of the high friction part.
