ULTRASONIC GENERATABLE WATER COOLING COPPER BACKING

摘要

PURPOSE: A water cooling copper backing which can generate ultrasonic wave is provided to completely mix molten metal before coagulation using ultrasonic wave by additionally installing an ultrasonic generator. CONSTITUTION: An electro gas welding device comprises a backing material, a water cooling copper backing(3), and a welding torch. The water cooling copper backing is installed in the front surface of a welding part of a base material. An ultrasonic generator(5) is installed in the inner surface of the water cooling copper backing. The ultrasonic generator completely mixes molten metal before coagulation by forcefully stirring the molten metal using ultrasonic wave.
