PURPOSE: An integrated cover bottom frame and a backlight device using the same are provided to reduce manufacturing costs. CONSTITUTION: A supporting plate is combined with both ends of a reflective plate(130). A guide lamp and a supporting protrusion are formed in the upper side of the reflective plate. The guide lamp supports a lamp. The supporting protrusion supports an optical plate. A light leakage preventing partition(140) is formed along the supporting plate and an external edge of the reflective plate to prevent light of the lamp from being leaked to the outside.
